When checking out, after Purchaser Information, there is a section that is titled Security Code/Place Order. Be sure to check the box and enter the code the system gives you to proceed. (DO NOT enter your credit card security code).
After you click Place Order, it will take you to a page where you can print your confirmation AND THEN, to pay for your item, hit BUY NOW.
If you don't have a PayPal account, you will have an option to pay with a debit or credit card. Then on the PayPal screen that you enter your credit card information make sure you toggle off the "Create my PayPal account" if you want to "Pay as Guest."

Saturday, October 17, 2026 (In-person option)
This event begins with in-person check-in from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (all times U.S. Eastern Time)
Presentations begin at 10:30am and end at 3:30 p.m. Seating is limited. Once capacity is reached, only the virtual/Zoom option will be available.
In-person location is American Polish Century Club, 33204 Maple Lane, Sterling Heights, Michigan and will include lunch with Polish food and beverages.
Online registration closes October 7, 2026.
