This database for the Poznan region presently contains 1,021,574 marriages to search as of November 2013. Our goal is to transcribe the 19th century marriage records from the historic Greater Poland (then Prussian Province of Poznan) into a searchable online database. You are welcome to ask Łukasz Bielecki about how to obtain copies of records found in the database or how to further research your Poznan/Posen ancestors.

This index comes from 2 sources, Roman Catholic Parish Registers (Church Records) and Civil Transcripts of Roman Catholic Parish Records (Civil Registration Records). Slupca is in the Wielkopolskie Province which was prior to 1975 considered the Poznan Province.
